PRE-REQUISITES

Preferably with regular practice of Silk or other Aerial Fitness. However, if you are new to this but eager to try, we can assist in assessing your readiness.

Each level 3 days of training (Level 1 or Level 2)

Training Language and Materials

All teaching manuals are in English, with an optional Chinese version available for RM300. Training will be conducted in English, Chinese, or bilingually, based on participants’ preferences. For non-English-speaking global trainers, a bilingual (English-Chinese) translator will be provided.
