Levels:

  • Aerial Pole (BB) – Beginner:
    Ideal for newcomers! Focus on fundamental grips, spins, and basic strength moves to build confidence and comfort on the aerial pole.
  • Aerial Pole (L1) – Level 1/Open Level:
    Open to everyone! Learn short sequences, basic transitions, and simple aerial tricks. Coaches will provide adjustments to accommodate different levels of experience, ensuring a supportive and enjoyable class for all.
