BOOKING & CANCELLATION

  1. We have a 12-hours cancellation policy. Cancel your class without any penalty by 12 hours before class starts.
  2. Pass will be forfeited for any NO SHOW booking.
  3. OM Factory reserved the right to cancel or reschedule any session without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances.

PAYMENT & REFUND

All payment to OM Factory Malaysia including class pass, workshop, teacher training course, purchase of merchandises and any other payment are strictly NON REFUNDABLE.
